We take care to accurately describe and photograph our artwork. However, due to variations in screen color and the handmade nature of our items, slight differences may occur.
Each piece is unique — once sold, it may not be exactly replicated.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at the time of purchase and must be made through our secure checkout system.
We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club JCB, and others through Squarespace. We also accept PayPal or Venmo through this website. In person credit card sales are handled through Square.
4. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier, though we will assist in resolving issues when possible.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because our items are one-of-a-kind handmade artworks, all sales are typically final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Return & Refund Policy

At MH Woodturning, we take pride in creating unique, handcrafted artwork. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase.
Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, we have the following return policy:
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our work, all sales are final once completed.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Michael.Huck@MHWoodturning.com with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement (when possible) or a full refund.
3. Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the carrier, but we’ll help you file a claim and work to resolve the issue.
4. Refunds (if approved)
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Our digital gift cards are a simple way to share the love of handmade wood art. By purchasing or using a gift card from [Your Business Name], you agree to the terms below — written plainly, just like we do things in the shop.
Digital-Only Gift Cards
All gift cards are digital. No physical cards are mailed. After purchase, the gift card is delivered by email and can be redeemed online at mhwoodturning.com.
Where Gift Cards Can Be Used
Gift cards may be used for any available items on the website, including:
Hand-turned wood pieces
Functional art and decor
Select commissions or custom work (when offered)
Gift cards cannot be used for purchases made outside the website.
No Expiration, No Fees
Our gift cards do not expire and have no maintenance or inactivity fees.
This complies with gift card laws in states such as California and New York, where expiration dates and fees are not allowed.
Using Your Gift Card
You can use a gift card for full or partial payment.
If your purchase costs more than the gift card balance, you can pay the difference using another payment method.
If there’s a balance left after checkout, it stays on the card for future use.
No Cash Value
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or refunded, except where required by law.
Lost or Misplaced Gift Cards
