You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

2. Product Information

We take care to accurately describe and photograph our artwork. However, due to variations in screen color and the handmade nature of our items, slight differences may occur.
Each piece is unique — once sold, it may not be exactly replicated.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at the time of purchase and must be made through our secure checkout system.
We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club JCB, and others through Squarespace. We also accept PayPal or Venmo through this website. In person credit card sales are handled through Square.

4. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier, though we will assist in resolving issues when possible.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our items are one-of-a-kind handmade artworks, all sales are typically final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, photos, artwork images, and logo designs, are the intellectual property of MH Woodturning and protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

At MH Woodturning, we take pride in creating unique, handcrafted artwork. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase.
Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, we have the following return policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our work, all sales are final once completed.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Michael.Huck@MHWoodturning.com with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement (when possible) or a full refund.

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the carrier, but we’ll help you file a claim and work to resolve the issue.

4. Refunds (if approved)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
